The Auto Intelligence Network (AIN) provides a proprietary Car Valuation Intelligence Engine. By accessing this platform, you acknowledge that AIN is a data-processing utility and not a licensed automotive dealer, insurance broker, or professional appraiser.
02Algorithmic Nature of Valuations
Engine Estimates: All valuations for gas, diesel, and EV assets are generated via autonomous algorithmic modeling. These outputs are data-driven estimates and do not constitute a guaranteed trade-in value or a legal offer to purchase.
Fuel Segment Dynamics: AIN processes distinct datasets for internal combustion and electric vehicles to account for varying depreciation curves. Users acknowledge that market shifts can occur in real-time.
03Proprietary Rights & Data Integrity
The Car Valuation Intelligence Engine, including its Knowledge Graph and Neural Decoding logic, is the exclusive intellectual property of AIN INC.

- Restrictions: Commercial scraping, reverse-engineering of the engine's logic, or automated data extraction is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted under US intellectual property law.
04Limitation of Liability & "Safe Harbor"
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIN INC. and its "Car Valuation Intelligence Engine" shall not be liable for any financial decisions, losses, or missed opportunities resulting from the use of our estimates. All data is provided "as-is" for informational purposes.
05Mandatory Arbitration & Venue
Any dispute arising from the use of the AIN engine shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration in accordance with US consumer protection standards. Users waive all rights to participate in class-action litigation.
